Keeping up with the Jones'-bloggers (trying, anyway)

Seems like everyone out there in the blog world posts such great photos, and mine are seriously inferior. We had a lot of company this weekend, and I took some great photos, but then I dropped the camera on the concrete floor of our tack room (!!!) and now it will not do anything....So I have to take the little memory card someplace to print out the pictures or transfer to a disk.....I am so angry with myself!!

We had visitors last weekend, so there was no riding. I hope to be able to ride this weekend coming up.

But in the meantime, here are two photos that I think are pretty good. Except I must confess I did not take either of them. John took them both -- on the left is his beautiful mare, Zora. On the right is the goofball goat, Misho...........................

Your pictures are fine!
Sorry to hear you dropped your camera, that is not good.
Misho must be you Lamancha goat with no horns?

Paint Girl - Misho is a LaMancha/African Boer mix. Our black goat, Marco, is pure LaMancha. Neither of them have horns....

Oh now! Sorry about the camera crash. one thing I love about my new camera is the neck strap, man, that thing is around my neck at all times! :) I am a fumble-finger girl and drop things all of the time.
Those are great pics, I especially love the one of the horse!

Pony Girl -- This is the 2nd time that happened with a camera of ours -- last summer John dropped one, now I did. Our new rule is "always have the wrist strap on when holding the camera!!"

look at that face of Misho...... what a character but all your animals have such funny personalities...that's because all the time you and John spend with them. Their pictures make me laugh!
